She marketed our home very well, attracted many prospective purchasers, and knew exactly when to recommend a price change that resulted in a quick sale for an excellent price.
Edie is an excellent listener and when it was time to purchase a new home she knew the right area to look in and the right product to show us because she had listened to our needs. When it was time to put in an offer for purchase, the purchase price she recommended was thoroughly researched and fair, and the offer was readily accepted.
Throughout the sale and purchase, Edie worked tirelessly to ensure all the paperwork was completed properly the first time. We appreciated that Edie brought all the documents to us and picked them back up again, thereby eliminating any need for us to be running around ~ she made the process very stress-free. We also appreciated the excellent contacts Edie has in the community, i.e. a mortgage broker.
We have worked with other realtors in the past but will never recommend anyone other than Edie now that we have had the pleasure of working with her. She recently told me that she was enrolled in a course to become a better realtor. I had to laugh when I heard that as in my opinion, she should be teaching the course!
